Dear Trinity Family, In our continued commitment to foster open, proactive communication with our congregation, we want to provide a thorough update regarding our facility following this week’s basement remodeling. During the renovation, heavy drywall sanding accidentally created a visible cloud of fine dust that made its way into the upstairs sanctuary, nursery, and public areas. Please rest assured that immediate, extensive action has been taken to ensure our building is pristine, safe, and fully ready for worship this morning. We want to express our deep gratitude for the incredible dedication of our church leadership team, who worked around the clock to protect our church family. A special thank you to Brad for his quick actions in running an air purifier immediately to get ahead of the airborne particles, as well as spending numerous hours cleaning a lot on that first night. Brad, Joe, and Mark performed a thorough inspection of the entire facility, changed the HVAC filters, and have been running twice-daily checks on our air quality alongside the cleaning. We are also incredibly grateful for Joe’s dedication to thoroughly cleaning the nursery and children's rooms so our littlest ones are protected. To ensure the highest standard of safety, the team utilized a specialized, completely sealed HEPA-filter vacuum to perform a meticulous, top-to-bottom deep cleaning of the fabric sanctuary chairs, the main carpets, the stage, and the foot-traffic areas, while also deploying a rented 6,000 sq. ft. industrial air scrubber to completely clear the environment. We have done our best to address all major surfaces and fabric areas to ensure safety for our children, elderly members, and sensitive individuals. Brad will provide a brief, live operational update during this morning's service to ensure everyone is fully informed.
